Home Game Checklist

Arrange for volunteers to work the admission table. | |

Arrange for off-ice officials, including a time keeper, official scorer, 2 goal judges, and 2 penalty box officials (1 penalty box official each from the home and visiting teams). | |
|
|
Arrange for medical personnel with a rank of EMT-B, or above, for both the Varsity and JV games. The host team should make known to the visiting team who and where the medical personnel is stationed. | |
|
|
Station an adult at the ice sheet door to ensure that the visiting team enters and leaves the ice first and to escort any player(s) to their locker room if they have been ejected from the game. | |
|
|
In addition to game pucks, the home team needs to supply 25 pucks during warm-up for both the home and visiting Varsity and JV teams. | |
|
|
The National Anthem must be played prior to the first period of all regular season Varsity games. | |
| Email Varsity and JV scores for posting on the website as soon as possible after the game. | ||

|
Final score sheet should be checked for accuracy by the scorer, coaches and team representatives. | |
|
|
Official score keeper, team representatives and referee need to sign the score sheet. | |
|
|
Fax the score sheet and any Referee's Game Report to the League Statistician immediately following the game. | |
|
|
Mail the white copy and any Referee's Game Report to the League Commissioner. | |
