I. Booking Process

• The team manager/coach will call the toll free reservation line to check availability at any Tharaldson Location, 866-586-8326.

• The Tharaldson Team Travel office will send a group contract confirming the hotel, number of rooms, rate, arrival date and number of nights to the team manager for each stay.

• The travel coordinator will return the signed contract within 7 days to the team travel office in order for the rooms to be held for the team otherwise rooms will not be held.

• All teams will be given one complimentary room for the coaching staff. No minimum room count will be required in order to receive the comp room.

• Parents will have until 2 weeks prior to the arrival date to individually guarantee rooms with a credit card by calling the hotel directly. Any rooms not guaranteed by the cutoff date will be released.

• Lincoln, NE Comfort Suites - $59 (Excluding home football dates)

• Waterloo Comfort Inn - $59

IV. Rebate Program

• All paid room nights will count towards a room rebate for the Midwest High School Hockey League.

• Rebate Percentages

  • 5,000 or less in total room revenue – 0%

  • $5,000 - $10,000 in total room revenue – 3%

  • $10,000 - $20,000 in total room revenue – 4.5%

  • $20,000 or more in total room revenue – 6%

  • One rebate check will be sent at the end of the season. Revenue updates will be available upon request.
