I. Booking Process
The team manager/coach will call the
toll free reservation line to check availability at any
Tharaldson Location, 866-586-8326.
The Tharaldson Team Travel office will
send a group contract confirming the hotel, number of rooms,
rate, arrival date and number of nights to the team manager for
each stay.
The travel coordinator will return the
signed contract within 7 days to the team travel office in order
for the rooms to be held for the team otherwise rooms will not
be held.
All teams will be given one (1)
complimentary room for the team’s coaching staff. A minimum of
50% of the rooms from the block must be picked up to earn the
comp room for the coach.
Parents will have until 3 weeks prior
to the arrival date to individually guarantee rooms with a
credit card by calling the hotel directly. Any rooms not
guaranteed by the cutoff date will be released.
II. Rate Information
Rates are based on availability and
may vary during special events. Rates for league cities are:
Cedar Rapids Comfort Inn North - $65
Dubuque Comfort Inn - $65
Lincoln, NE Comfort Suites - $65 (Excluding home football dates)
Lincoln, NE Fairfield Inn - $65 (Excluding home football dates)
Moline Comfort Inn $65 (alternate option for the Davenport area)
Sioux Falls Fairfield - $65
Sioux City Comfort Inn - $65
Waterloo Comfort Inn - $65

IV. Rebate Program
All paid room nights will count
towards a room rebate for the Midwest Hockey League.
One rebate check will be sent at the
