Here are the details of the rebate
program. I have also included a web link for each hotel so that
you may take a virtual tour of each venue.
Every coach, parent and/or athlete who
books a room at the Wildwood Lodge, Comfort Suites, or the Sleep
Inn at Living History Farms, a 10% rebate will be sent to the
Midwest High School Hockey League. This applies to both group
and individual reservations. In addition to the rebate, every
couch, parent and/or athlete who books a room will receive a
special Midwest High School Hockey League discounted rate.
Participants must call the hotels directly, they also must state
that they are with Midwest High School Hockey League in order to
qualify for rebate.

Attached is mock up of what the
agreement will look like for 2010-2011 season. I understand that
most teams have already made lodging arrangements for the first
half of the season but we will honor this program for those who
wish to change reservations or need any additional rooms.
