• There will be two shirt
designs that are not specific to the Varsity or JV
tournaments. Both designs are available to anyone.
• All shirts for the 2010 tournaments must be
pre-ordered. No shirts will be sold at the event.
• ORDER DEADLINE: Wednesday, February 17. Make checks
payable to your local association.
• Individual Player/Family use "Individual Pre-Order
Form" and submit to team official.
• Team official in charge of ordering shirts use "Team
Pre-Order Form."
